With more than a decade of experience leading product and transformation initiatives across global, regulated, and high-growth organisations, I specialise in helping businesses modernise operating models, improve delivery efficiency, and align commercial and technology strategy.
My background spans SaaS, Insurtech, payments, professional services, and education technology, with leadership roles at organisations including KYND, Corpay, Orpheus Software, Firebrand Training, and BCS, Chartered Institute for IT. Throughout my career, I have delivered measurable operational and commercial improvements — from reducing development lead times within FCA-regulated environments to managing multi-million-pound product portfolios and leading strategic product modernisation programmes.
Today, through Linchpin Advisory, I provide consultancy and fractional product leadership focused on delivering sustainable transformation initiatives, improving organisational clarity, and enabling product, engineering, and commercial teams to operate with greater alignment and efficiency. Outside of business I am a keen runner – when not working or running, I am usually throwing a ball for Bruno, our Labrador and consultant in training.
